30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or return instructions) along with details on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

Items must be in the same condition as received β€” unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging β€” and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
